AI Clothes Changer: upload a selfie, pick 1 of 8 presets, get a clean clothes-change preview in ~15s. Change clothes. Not Face Swap.

Introduction

Outfie is a web-based AI Clothes Changer and AI Outfit Changer that helps adults preview a different outfit on their own selfie without a fitting room, a photoshoot, or Face Swap. The homepage positions the product as “Change clothes. Not Face Swap.” You upload a front half-body photo, choose a locked preset, and compare Original and Preview side by side in the Fitting Studio. The focused tool page at /ai-outfit-changer uses the same studio pattern for people who specifically search “AI outfit changer”; it is not a second product or a separate set of rules. Plans and prices remain on the homepage pricing section.

What the product does

Outfie swaps clothing in a photo while aiming to preserve face identity—expression, hairline, and facial structure—so the Preview still looks like you in a new look rather than a different person. Clean mode keeps the wardrobe formal and smart-casual only. Face identity stays yours while the clothes changer swaps fabric and silhouette from eight locked presets.

Eight English-labeled presets are available (four shown per gender filter). Examples listed on the site include Black Professional Blazer & Skirt, Elegant Navy Evening Dress, Classic Red Wrap Dress, and Smart Casual White Blouse & Trousers. Gender is a display filter only; the clothes changer applies the outfit you pick without rewriting who you are. There is no separate men’s fashion product page; women and men are mentioned only as everyday use cases on a shared wardrobe.

Try-on Previews are for outfit reference. The site states that fabric feel and real-world fit may differ, so the side-by-side Original | Preview is a decision aid, not a guarantee of how a garment will wear in person. Preview resolution is described as 768×1024, with no watermark on the Preview path, and face preserved.

Custom clothes upload is out of scope for MVP. The wardrobe stays fixed so results remain predictable and safer to moderate. A locked wardrobe keeps the clothes changer focused on clean outfit-change quality instead of open-ended garment uploads that are harder to moderate and less consistent.

How the studio works

The flow is three steps: Upload, Choose, Preview—the same pattern on the homepage and on /ai-outfit-changer.

Upload a clear, front half-body selfie. Face and upper body should be clear; even light or soft daylight helps. Accepted types noted on the tool include JPG, PNG, or WebP with a max size around 10 MB. Adults only—use your own photo, or one you have explicit permission to use. You confirm that the photo shows an adult and that you have the right to use it.

Weak photos (dark, cropped, busy group shots, heavy backlighting, extreme crops) may get a soft tip before generation; you can replace the photo or continue. Quota is not used until a successful Preview completes. Hard refusals—photos that appear to show minors, NSFW content, or no detectable face—block before generation and do not consume Preview or HD quota. Technical failures (“Something went wrong on our side”) can be retried with the same photo and outfit without burning quota.

Choose an outfit from the eight locked presets. Filter by Female, Male, or see all. Then generate. About 15 seconds later, compare Original and Preview. Tips on the outfit-changer page include preferring a front or slight three-quarter selfie with the face unobstructed, keeping hands away from the face when possible, starting with one preset, regenerating only when you truly want a different look, and comparing Original | Preview before spending the daily HD. If the tool hard-rejects an upload, fix the photo or choose another; rejects do not consume your HD day.
